Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fundly strongly recommends that all users read, understand and familiarize themselves with our cancellation & refund policy prior to using any of our services.

While doing an online transaction on Fundly portal, we may receive excess money due to multiple debits to a user's Bank Account, or the user's account being debited with an excess amount in a single transaction due to a technical error.

Transaction Details

  • Transaction Reference Number

Refund Related Details

  • Beneficiary Name in bank account
  • Beneficiary Account Number
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Reason for making excess payment

Refund Eligibility Conditions

Customer has made an excess payment to their loan account
There is currently no outstanding balance in the loan account
The account is showing a credit balance

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed via NEFT / RTGS / IMPS within 7 – 10 business working days.

Cancellation of Transactions

Important: Cancellation requests must be placed at least 2 days prior to the disbursement date.

In the event of cancellation due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, we must be notified in writing at connect@fundly.ai or through the respective relationship manager. Cancellation charges, if applicable, will be effective from the date we receive the request and will be as mentioned in the Loan Agreement.
