Cancellation and Refund Policy

Fundly strongly recommends that all users – read, understand and familiarize themselves with our cancellation & refund policy prior to using any of our services.

While doing online transaction on Fundly portal, we may receive excess money due to multiple debits to user Bank Account OR user's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. For any payment refund related queries/requests/concerns customer can contact us through any of the following channels -

Customer has to provide us following details so that his/her request can be processed at the earliest-

Transaction Details like Transaction Reference Number for the concerned transaction etc.

Refund request will be processed only if-

Any refunds, if applicable within the purview of our refund policy, will be processed through NEFT/RTFS/IMPS over a period of 7-10 business working days. The refund policy is subject to change by Fundly. The changes will apply after due legal diligence. Suitable announcements will be made on the website and legally-compliant notice period will be given before any changes come into force. If borrowers do not wish to accept the revised policy, they should not continue to use the services and inform us about the same on connect@fundly.ai. If borrowers continue to use the services after the date on which the change comes into effect, the use of the services indicate their agreement to be bound by the new refund policy.

In the event of cancellation of transaction due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing at connect@fundly.ai or through the respective relationship manager. Cancellation request should be placed atleast two days prior to the disbursement date. Cancellation charges if applicable, will be effective from the date we receive request, and cancellation charges would be as mentioned in the Loan Agreement.
